COVID-19 UPDATES

Dear families,

As Covid becomes prevalent across New York State, we at Achieve take the approach that while we want to ensure resident safety above all else, we do not want Covid to interfere with our daily lives. We are closely following DOH and CDC guidelines and recommendations and constantly update our policies to reflect the most up to date infection control data. Visitation is integral to the wellbeing of our loved ones and will not be limited. Visitors must receive a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result within one day prior to visitation for antigen tests and within two days prior to visitation for PCR tests. Rapid Covid tests are available at the reception desk. Additionally, visitors must have their temperature taken and fill out a screening sheet before they go up for their visit. We ask that all visitors sanitize their hands, keep a mask on through their visit, try to maintain social distance and overall keep proper infection control practices. Lastly please be aware that there can be active Covid cases in the building at any time and there is a potential risk of Covid 19 infection when visiting.
