Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility offers a one-of-a-kind short term rehab wing in the tri-county area, where healthcare and hospitality meet. The new private suite unit is designed to accommodate people who prefer privacy and a higher level of luxury while recuperating and recovering after an accident, sickness or surgery. Segregated from the nursing home floor, the short term rehab wing features beautifully decorated rooms and suites with flat screen cable TV, wireless internet, in room safe, mahogany furniture, local and long distance telephone. We are dedicated to providing patients with much more than expert medical care!

Achieve offers rehab seven (7) days a week, with a staff of 16 professionals!
